1) Scope
These terms apply to digital services (web design, app development, digital marketing, IT consulting, etc.) and, where applicable, to physical products or digital licenses/downloads sold by Madebyizan.

2) Right of Withdrawal (14 days)
General period: 14 calendar days from delivery of the physical product or from contracting in the case of services that have not yet started.
Physical products: withdrawal is accepted within 14 days if returned in their original condition and packaging, unused and undamaged.
Digital licenses/downloads: no withdrawal once activated or downloaded.
Digital services: the customer may exercise withdrawal within 14 days if the service has not begun.
Early start of the service (EU rule)
If the customer expressly requests or consents to the service starting before the 14-day period ends and is informed of the loss of the right:
The right of withdrawal is lost once the service has been fully performed.
If the service has been partially performed, upon withdrawal the customer will owe Madebyizan a proportional amount for the work already carried out and costs incurred up to that date.

3) Cancellations
Before the service starts: the contract conditions apply. As an exception, management may approve a partial refund if work has not yet begun and there are justified reasons.
Once started: no refund for the portion already performed; if the service is completed, no refund applies.

4) Refunds
Services already rendered (in whole or in part): non-refundable, except as stated in section 2 (pro-rata when withdrawing after partial performance).
Digital downloads/licenses: non-refundable once activated or downloaded.
Physical products: full refund of the product price (excluding, where applicable, non-mandatory additional shipping costs) upon receipt of the item in acceptable condition. The customer bears the return shipping cost, unless due to a defect or Madebyizan’s error.

5) How to exercise withdrawal/return
Email info@madebyizan.com
with the subject “Withdrawal” and include:
Order number, name, and purchase date.
The service/product concerned.
If it’s a physical product, attach photos showing condition and packaging.
Madebyizan will reply with return instructions or confirmation of service interruption and, where applicable, the calculation of the proportional amount due.

6) Limitation of Liability
To the extent permitted by law, Madebyizan will not be liable for indirect, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of the services.

7) Changes
We may update these terms at any time. The current version will be published on this website.
