2.1. Despite our no money back policy, we are committed to ensuring customer satisfaction to the extent possible.
If a customer is dissatisfied with a digital service received, we are committed to working with them to address any concerns or problems and find a satisfactory solution.

3. Cancellation of Services:
3.1. In the event that a customer decides to cancel a service prior to its commencement, the cancellation policies set out in the relevant contract will apply.
3.2. In exceptional situations, at the discretion of Madebyizan.com management, a partial refund may be considered in case of cancellation of services prior to their commencement.
